- What's the difference between a poly ringtone and a music ringtone?
A poly ringtone (short for polyphonic ringtone) is a special version of a song created to play on just about any cell phone. Poly ringtones are made with a synthesizer, similar to some of the tones that are already on your phone. Music tones (also called master tones or real sounds) are short sound clips of the actual songs. You can tell the difference between the two on our website by looking at the item description. You can also preview the sound by clicking on the "Play" button.
- Can I preview a ringtone before I download it?
Of course! Just click on the "Play" button to listen to a preview of any of our ringtones. You can listen to the ringtone as much as you want before you download it. Just click the "Get It" button to get the tone.
- What if my download fails?
Your phone may not be configured to support data services. WAP (wireless application prototcol) might not be set up correctly on your cell phone. Please ask your wireless carrier how to adjust your settings or call our Customer Support hotline at 1.888.393.5854 or email help@bill2phone.net.
- How do I get a refund?

- How do I stop a subscription?

- How do I download content to my phone?
We send ringtones to your phone via premium SMS (short messaging service) messages or a special type of message called a WAP Push (a.k.a. browser message). The exact method of getting your content depends on your cellular service provider and your phone. You can also contact our technical support team at 1.888.393.5854.
- How will it work on my phone?
Poly ringtones and wallpapers will work on most phones. You must have an Internet-enabled mobile phone with data services enabled. If you're not certain whether your phone is Internet enabled, please call your wireless carrier for assistance.

- Which carriers support text services?
Your wireless service must be through Alltel, AT&T, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Currently, customers with prepaid wireless accounts cannot subscribe to our text alerts.
